I discovered this brand a couple of years ago and fail in love with their clothing line. Throughout the years I purchased many items that I kept and some that I returned. Unfortunately I am still waiting to get refunded for some returns. Some that were made around a year ago. These people make profit from not refunding returns. They make their return convenient and easy for you to send back the package but then they never refund you and they sell the items again. I am doing an online research now and reading that many are being conned the same way by this company. Who’s up for joining forces and get our voices unified to get our refunds back?Update Dec 1st:A bunch of emails forth and back and useless questions and NOTHING has been done. No phone number has been communicated to call or someone to talk to. The last email received asking me if the items were in their original state and had their tags on. Of course they were!!! And if they weren’t why would they keep them and not return them back to the customer??!!!!

I have ordered quite a few items from Sezane this year and most I have been quite happy with. However, I ordered a pair of the Jack Sneakers and I would like to warn others before purchasing a pair. They are incredibly expensive for the quality. They felt light and cheap upon arrival but I really liked the style and they fit well. I have only worn them a handful of times and only in good weather and a small scuff scratched the "leather" off the top. These are not true leather shoes... possibly that layered cheap leather, but should not be considered true leather. Very deceiving. The rubber is coming away from the "leather" already and there is no reason for this to happen after only wearing 5 or 6 times. I contacted customer service with my concerns and they suggested I have worn them in wet weather, which I have not. When I asked them about the scuff causing permanent damage and discolouration they say this is what happens with a scuff. I have had many pairs of real leather shoes that I have paid the same or less for that have been of much better quality and would not have permanent damage after rubbing against something in my vehicle while I drive. These shoes are only fine if you plan on putting them on a shelf to look at, or wear around the house for 5 minutes every once in a while. They also offer no support, which I was fine with until they started falling apart after only a few wears. I wish they had reviews on their website because I am sure others have had the same experience. Customer service would rather ignore me than admit their shoes are of terrible quality. Fast-fashion cheap shoes from China would have lasted longer. What a huge disappointment. Will not be purchasing from them again after learning their customer service is poor. They never replied to my last email.I will be sure to share my experience with anyone asking about the brand and continue to share my feedback online wherever I can.

Ronnie jumper , not good quality

The Ronnie jumper in black looks lovely in the photos, but the quality is disappointing- looks cheap and thin in reality. Had to return.

Gorgeous and Comfortable!

I just received my very first purchase from Sézane, the Ilda Espadrilles, and I'm so happy with them! They're expensive, but quality and price usually go hand-in-hand. I was worried that the lace up as support wouldn't hold but they've done just fine with a few hours of wearing them, and they're legitimately the comfiest pair of wedges/heels I've ever worn in my life. Just beautiful! I'm hoping that as summer rolls around I can start wearing them more often outside :).

Fine products, dissappointing transport and client service

Firstly i have to say, that my first experience ordering from SEZANE worked perfectly and also loved the products, but the next orders went quite terribly bad, and that is a pity, because it really put me off ordering again.I ordered on the 13th and 14th of march 2 packages (N°6970503 and N°6971979),that were probably either wrongly labeled or something happened during the transport, because my address couldn't apparently be found, for both of them. They were directly sent back to you, that arriving on the 24th of march. I already sent an email regarding these orders, because online the status displays still dispatched not returned, and it passed more than 7 days and i still haven't received neither a refund or an answer to my email.I thought it was a one time problem, and i reordered the products (N°7028972), this time choosing to be delivered into a dpd parcel shop. I hoped everything will work ok this time, but on the status of the package, that stays since 26th of march in a DPD Depot, says "Incorrect or illegible zipcode or address". And the carrier says only the sender has the right to ask to search for the package.

Order number 7035325 placed on the 23rd! I have contacted you several times regarding an update and it’s clear that the package has been lost before it even reached DHL! I have requested a refund and I get no response!! You should be ashamed of yourself the way you are leading people on!!

The clothes are gorgeous, customer service is hideous

The clothes are gorgeous, however the customer service is really bad. I did not get a response via email so I had to reach out via social media. After several days, I finally got a response. The person was really rude and argumentative and did not answer my questions at all. After several weeks of trying to communicate with them and failing, I have decided not to purchase from them. I’m really bummed because the clothes are to die for, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Lovely brand

I recently experienced an issue, and had to replace loads of items in my wardrobe. I must have placed around 10 orders with Sezane in the past month! I have to say I have loved every item I received. However, I did not keep all of them due to several reasons (body type that makes it difficult to find fitting trousers or dresses, random sensitivity to knitwear, etc.). The quality has been great for the vast majority of items. I am very often disappointed by online purchases, but this has not been the case. I always felt delighted when I looked at the items. They send the items very quickly and the refund process has also been very smooth. I love the small details in the packages, and how nice they smell. It's been a good experience.

Poor French attitude

I love the brand for it’s clothing and leather goods, but sadly customer service is as how other reviewers has mentioned; they have a very poor French attitude when something is wrong, the apology is insincere, they are simply not interested once they’ve taken your money.I got a personalised L’eau perfume bottle and the label was not only printed off-centre but also smudged. I would probably costs no money to reprint a paper label and re-apply the sticker but they don’t care enough to think it should not go out to a customer looking like it does. I’m sad since it’s a personalised product so no refund is possible.Their reply to me was:"You have every reason to be disappointed, and I thank you for letting me know. Quite honestly, I have only my words to hope that you will forgive us because these inconveniences are really not a reflection of our concern to do well."They clearly are not concerned with doing well and have no intention to rectify their mistake. Au revoir.

Customer service is awful

Customer service does not care even if I have already returned the package, and they still make the claim to my credit card company that they haven’t received the return.

Rapidly becoming my favourite clothes…

Rapidly becoming my favourite clothes brand. They are pretty expensive so I am careful but I have just received my fourth order and I am so delighted. I am so surprised by other reviews, as I have found everything I have ordered to fit well, live up to expectations in terms of style and quality and have worn well. I order my usual size and have had no problems. The only thing that was a bit small was a bracelet but it was still fine just snug. Trousers are longer than some brands, which is good for me as I am tall but worth checking if you aren't tall. Already thinking about my next order...

Straight forward transaction and return

I have just ordered from Sezane and I didn't have any problems at all (I was very sceptical having read the reviews). It did take a little while for it to be delivered and I did end up sending two items back. I was told by Sezane I wouldn't incur any additional costs for the return (I had read horror stories of paying duty and taxes due to the fact it was going back to Europe) but I didn't. It was very straight forward and got my money back in the agreed time frame. Their communication with me was very swift. I do agree with other reviews, some of the clothes are completely shapeless. A denim shirt was more like a boxy denim jacket and one of the blouses was huge and not fitted (it didn't look like that in the photo).

Good quality and trustworthy

I bought a blouse (online) and received it within a few days. The quality was very good and it looked exactly like on the webstore photos, but unfortunately it did not fit me so I returned it.I received the money (plus postage) back in about a week after return package was delivered to them.
